Some of the key requirements that I have extensive experience with includes: • Strong experience configuring solutions on large scale CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) or ERP implementations. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 proficiency, including modules such as Sales, and Customer Service. • Designed and implemented custom Workflows using Power Automate. • Proficient using Power Platform for customizations and configurations. • Work and configure Project lite. • Used Power Apps efficiently on daily basis such as Canvas App, Power Bi, and Power Automate. • Lucid Charts, Draw.io and Microsoft Visio. • Skilled in using JIRA for tracking and resolving tickets. • Business process analysis and optimization. • Requirement gathering and documentation. • Configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM. • Data management, migration, and integration. • Worked with branching strategy and GIT. • Created build and release pipelines for code movement. • Strong hands on with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Training and user support. • Stakeholder management and communication. • Functional Knowledge of SCM, Finance, Project Accounting Modules • Analytical and Problem solving skills. • Problem-solving and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 CRM. • Continuous learning and staying updated with Dynamics 365 features and best practices. • Proficient in writing Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
