I am very well versed in creating test plans, strategy, test scenarios, UAT test scenarios, UAT demos and UAT test strategy. My experience with working on Salesforce projects for enterprise-level customers enables me to identify and mitigate risks such as persona-based testing, regression testing, code deployment-related issues and issues that occur due to data migration. Key strengths and qualifications I bring to this role include: 1. Certified Salesforce CPQ consultant with experience working over 10 projects in the Salesforce revenue cloud (CPQ + Billing) 2. Strong Understanding of Salesforce: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, functionality, and customization, which facilitates effective testing. 3. Expertise in building test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, test scripts, and UAT test strategies. Defect reporting, tracking and monitoring using reports and dashboards. 4. Experience of doing Sprint Demos (specific flows) and End-to-end project demos. Also, I specialize in handholding customers during the UAT phase. 5. I am a Google-certified project manager which enables me to bring skills in project management, client communication and collaboration with stakeholders to the table. 6. My CLB score for English is 10. It enables me to have strong communication skills, enabling me to demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills.
