Included project planning, budget creation, financial reporting, status reporting, resource management, identifying and tracking risks & issues, and project closure for IT projects with budgets up to $8M in PMO environments. Two (2) years’ as Product Owner of ITSM, ITIL and COBIT controls, including the transition of the request platform from Atlassian to ServiceNow. Included IT Audit Support, Audit Evidence Collection and Regulatory Compliance experience. Ten (10) years’ Risk Management for projects and planned changes. Four (4) years’ Business Case and Feasibility Analysis. Four (4) years’ IT Service Provider Acquisition and Management. Managed up to 5 direct FT reports and complex projects in matrix organizations, leading cross-functional teams of up to 50 resources. Extensive project management experience with MS Project, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM) and ServiceNow. Extensive communication and reporting experience with MS Word, MS Excel (pivot tables, power tools), MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS PowerBI and database queries (SQL, JQL, GQL).
