Professional experience of 5+ years as a Techno-Functional - HCM Consultant.  3+ years of Experience in Full Life Cycle Implementation and Support of HCM applications.  Exceptional ability in understanding the business needs and improving the process.  Excellent communication skills and proven experience in working independently as well as in a team.  Involved in preparing business requirement documents and analysis of client functional requirements.  Knowledge of Complete Tenant configurations – (Supervisory Organizations, Roles, Compensation, Business Processes)  Configuration of Supervisory Organizations, Compensation (salary plans based on different grades, grade profiles, and allowances), Security, and Business Processes.  Understanding and careful analysis of the Internal HR team requirements.  Excellent skills in ASAP Methodology, full life cycle of HCM Implementation including Project Preparation, Business blueprint, Realization, Testing Life Cycle; Preparing test requirements, test strategies, test environment, test planning, test case design and execution, modification request, UAT Plan, Pre-go live, and Go-Live.  Outstanding communication skills including Customer Support for Post Implementation Production and the ability to work with Business analysts to gather requirements daily basis
