Structural Engineer(PEng)

- Over twenty years of structural engineering experience in structural design of heavy industrial building and facilities; building structures (commercial, residential, and institutional); and lateral (seismic/wind) analysis and design of multi-purpose high-rises - Proficient in Canadian and American design codes (CSA, NBC, UBC, ACI, and AISC) - M.Sc. degree in Structural Engineering - Registered as P.Eng. with APEGBC,APEGA,PEO,APEGS,APEGM - Eligible to receive P.E. from The US - Knowledge of structural seismic analysis including Static Analysis, Dynamic Response Spectrum Analysis, and Dynamic Response History Analysis - Broad knowledge of structural seismic design - Experience in design of structural steel, reinforced concrete and masonry in a variety of projects - Strong skills in structural software (STAAD PRO, RISA 3D, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Foundation, MATHCAD) - Proficient in structural drafting (Autocad) and familiar with 3D modeling (SmartPlant 3D, X steel, Tekla structures) - Extensive experience in management of projects and design teams - Responsible with excellent organizational , excellent team player, and problem solving abilities
