I am a certified Dynamics CE professional/Power Platform with over 14 years of experience in multiple Dynamics CE (CRM) implementations and have worked across all Sales, Marketing and Customer Service /Omnichannel/Field Service applications. I have worked as a solution architect and lead developer in most of my projects and have seen end to end implementations by mapping OOB product functionality and customization capabilities to business requirements. Additionally I have experience in working with international tech teams, business user demos, requirements elicitation and trainings to increase product acceptance and usability. I have worked with Dynamics CRM starting with version 4.0, and with versions 2011, 2016 and now Dynamics 365 and am well versed with all customization components in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. My key strength lies in mapping requirements to product OOB features, design and implementation of complex business processes, Model driven app development and user training.
