My customer is searching the market for a Data Protection PM to work remotely for a period of 9 Months with an option of an extension thereafter.

Job Title: Data Protection PM
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months
Language: German and English

Required Skills:
• extensive knowledge of the relevant legal provisions on data protection (GDPR, BDSG),
• good knowledge of how to use the PHB-KBA,
• good knowledge of risk management,
• good knowledge of IT security,
• good knowledge of how to use the ARIS, Jira and Confluence tools,
• ability to communicate with project group members and project participants in all data protection matters,
• assertiveness,
• good knowledge of how to use the DATSCHA application.

Task Description:
• Monitoring the data protection requirements and the associated requirements in the PHB-KBA,
• Involvement of the KBA data protection officer for advice,
• Preparation of the DSFA in cooperation with the KBA data protection officer,
• Preparation of the data protection concept in coordination with the KBA data protection officer,
• Preparation and administration of an electronic procedure directory,
• Monitoring and testing processes for data protection conformity,
• Monitoring the conformity of processes for exercising the rights of those affected,
• Ensuring compliance with reporting obligations in the event of violations of data security and data protection.
• Advice on anonymization/pseudonymization.
