Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Integration & Solution Readiness
Work model: travelling between Montreal/Oakville
Location: Montreal/GTA (The ideal candidate would be based out of Montreal, but open to the GTA.)
Language: Bilingual an asset
Job Summary
Drive planning and strategy formulation for SAP implementation program & manage over all migration components ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and overall Program Directions. Oversee the data related topics for deployments, and integration of these solutions, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines. In terms of day to day, the individual will be a project manager for all data, aligning activities to construct/cleanse data, driving work estimates/change efforts.
Principal Responsibilities
Lead the planning and strategy formulation for Connect Program Non-SAP components ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and overall Program Directions:
Legacy Integration and Interim State Readiness
Reporting Enablement – Solution Automation and Self-service enablement
External integration – Customer / Vendor / Regulatory – (EDI, Portal …)
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
Oversee the implementation, deployment, and integration of these solutions, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate integrated solutions against business requirements ensuring expected and repeatable functional behaviors as well as cross functional lineage and data accuracy.
Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance rigorous testing and validation processes.
Identify potential risks and challenges during solution delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve issues that arise during the implementation phase, minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
Provide post-implementation Hypercare support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability and performance of the solutions after deployment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation solution design, configuration, and implementation processes.
Manage the expectations and feedback of the stakeholders, and handle any issues or risks that may arise
Generate project status reports, performance metrics, and documentation for stakeholders and management review.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization, and innovation within delivered solutions.
Throughout the Project Lifecycle, manage system partner and vendor performance to achieve Project objectives
Ensure Infrastructure Readiness ensuring right sizing, scalability and Support for all phase of the program (Dev to Prod Landscape, Performance Testing / Scalability planning)
Ensure Data Readiness (Legacy Source – Data Cleansing, Data alignment, Data Verification process)
Legacy Data Migration Planning and cutover Readiness
Deployment readiness - Pre-prod, Cutover, Hyper Care and Production Handover planning and orchestration (SAP and Non-SAP)
Ensuring a smooth and seamless handover of the integration project to the business-as-usual operations.
Transfer the knowledge, documentation, and best practices to the relevant managers and teams, and provide training and guidance as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Data Management; or Project Management PMP certification.
8+ years of related work experience responsible for an organization’s complete and accurate master data processes.
Expertise in business processes within a manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of master data elements, processes and organizational support models.
Collaboration and teamwork skills with ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP modules (Ariba, EWM, MDG etc.)
Knowledge of SQL, LTMC, BODs and LSWM.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
