Astek is looking for an Project Engineer for one of its clients.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the project team to achieve technical and financial objectives.
Organize and optimize assigned resources to avoid conflicts and shortages.
Maintain continuous communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Manage integration and testing, including the preparation of test plans and coordination of necessary equipment and facilities.
Identify and mitigate project risks while maximizing opportunities.
Participate in regular program meetings and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering in the space, robotics, or a related technical field.
Experience in team leadership, task estimation, and project tracking.
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
