We are working on Project Manager(s) requirement for our client Government of Saskatchewan (GoS) and sharing it with you.

Date Resource Required Term:  The intended start date for the role is September, 2024.

 

Location: The position is an onsite role, and the resource is required to work in-person.

Contract Duration

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of GOS to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of two (2) years or up to the completion of the project

Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. 
  • Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing different, complex Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment. 
  • Candidate to provide details of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) projects they’ve managed.    
  • Complex is defined as a project with multiple stakeholders, vendors and complex cloud integrations with public facing components.
  • The position is an onsite role with a requirement to work in-person at a Government of Saskatchewan office in Regina, Saskatchewan.
  • GOS is interested in understanding the Resource’s experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape. Describe in detail.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience successfully managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, evidenced by the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels and prioritize business objectives.
  • Experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large CRM projects with cloud integrations
  • Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating significant experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Significant is defined as completed project management experience combined with years of experience. The response should also place an emphasis on managing workloads.  
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing project management documentation. Examples would include project plans, schedule, project budget and change orders as well as project status reports.
  • Certification as an organizational change management practitioner, while not required, is considered an asset.
  • Proof of certification must be provided as part of the submission
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with tools such as CMDB is considered an asset.
