Role Overview:
Reporting to the Sales and Logistics Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will manage Lafarge’s in-house carrier operations in Atlantic Canada. Responsibilities include data analysis, transportation management, industry event attendance, and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety standards.
Analyze data to drive decision-making and improve customer experience.
Manage relationships and processes around freight/transportation.
Develop and report key performance indicators.
Participate in improvement studies and action plans.
Collaborate with various teams for budget and planning processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Logistics, or Business Management.
Strong customer orientation and market insight.
Familiarity with road transportation, DoT regulations, and Atlantic Canada geography.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
