Job Title: SailPoint Lead

Location: Remote in Canada

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SailPoint Identity IQ solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Develop connectors and integration points using Java for various applications within the IAM ecosystem.
Design and implement workflows for access certifications, provisioning, and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of SailPoint developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet business objectives and security standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint Identity IQ implementations.
Stay updated with the latest SailPoint technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in implementing SailPoint Identity IQ solutions.
Strong proficiency in Java development, including Java EE platforms.
Experience with identity management protocols such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP.
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, Python, etc.).
Excellent understanding of IAM concepts, including access management, single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Ability to lead a team and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
SailPoint certifications (preferred).
