Hourly Rate: $80 - $100 USD per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant for a contract position in the mining industry. This role will primarily involve the implementation and rollout of SAP solutions, focusing on FICO modules within a GR brownfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the SAP FICO implementation and rollout project for a greenfield (GR) brownfield site in Vancouver.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and configure SAP FICO modules accordingly.
Provide expertise in financial accounting, management accounting, cost controlling, and related SAP FICO functionalities.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Train end-users and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as required.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong focus on implementation and rollout projects.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, etc.
Experience specifically in brownfield GR (greenfield) implementations within the mining or heavy industry sector is highly desirable.
Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in either Spanish or French is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:

This is a 12-18 month contract position based in Vancouver, BC, based on project needs and performance. The hourly Rate for this position ranges from $80 to $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
