SAP OCM French OR Spanish Consultant (12-18 Month Contract) $80-100/hr

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant for a contract position in the mining industry. This role will primarily involve the implementation and rollout of SAP solutions, particularly focusing on the SAP OCM (Organizational Change Management) in a brownfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the SAP implementation and rollout project focusing on integration with SAP OCM methodologies and practices for a brownfield site in Vancouver.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and configure SAP accordingly while managing organizational change impacts.
Provide expertise in financial accounting, management accounting, cost controlling, and related SAP functionalities.
Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support the adoption of SAP solutions.
Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies related to organizational change.
Ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with organizational objectives and culture.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) from a change management perspective.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support and monitor change adoption metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience (minimum 8 years) as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong focus on implementation and rollout projects, particularly integrating with SAP OCM principles.
Experience in SAP OCM (Organizational Change Management) methodologies and their application within SAP implementations, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in either Spanish or French is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:

This is a 12-18 month contract position based in Vancouver, BC, based on project needs and performance. The hourly Rate for this position ranges from $80 to $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
