Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant for a contract position in the mining industry. This role will primarily involve the implementation and rollout of SAP solutions, particularly focusing on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) with S/4HANA in a brownfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the SAP HCM implementation and rollout project focusing on integration with SAP HCM modules for a brownfield site in Vancouver.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and configure SAP HCM modules accordingly.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP HCM modules, addressing human resources, payroll, talent management, and workforce planning needs.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Train end-users and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting as required.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, engineering or equivalent.
8+ years as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a strong focus on implementation and rollout projects, particularly integrating with SAP HCM modules.
Experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules with S/4HANA and their integration within the mining or heavy industry sector is highly desirable.
Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in either Spanish or French is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Additional Information:

This is a 12-18 month contract position based in Vancouver, BC, based on project needs and performance. The hourly Rate for this position ranges from $80 to $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
