Job Description:

Establish a ServiceNow self-service Catalog and workflow for users to create and manage AWS services.
Design forms to gather request data.
Develop, and/or re-use existing workflow, to apply various governance activities and validation prior to initiating automated tasks. These include approvals by HR manager, cost centre owner, and account owner.
Develop new data objects such as a “pattern” repository to include ownership, terms of use and other attributes. This may be used in the approval process and linked into self-service request types or options.
Create audit trails using pre-approved change records, and add configuration item records
API Integration with DevOps Broadcom CI/CD pipeline to initiate automation. Provide JSON structured data that will be used to create pipeline workflow using existing patterns of integration.
Leverage connectors to AWS Service Catalog to initiate automation
 
Must Have:
