Role Overview: As the Head of Quality Control, you will establish strategies to deliver top-tier product quality, guide the Aggregates QC team, and collaborate with Operations to optimize plant efficiencies. You will lead the QC team, develop programs for quality and process control, and ensure products meet established standards efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a safety role model and support the implementation of safety policies.
Develop and execute the Aggregates QC strategy.
Manage quality control programs to achieve industry leadership.
Optimize plant production and reduce long inventory products.
Provide leadership and coaching to the QC team.
Implement and track performance indicators.
Drive process improvements and innovations.
Ensure Lafarge’s representation in industry decision-making bodies.

Qualifications:

University degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction quality control.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in the aggregates industry.
Proven experience in managing QC activities on large projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
