Description et exigences de la tâche
This is a role that is focused on preparing and analyzing reports with data from multiple sources (including SAP ECC) for the project management team on the S&C (Signal & Communications) team.

Location: Calgary/Onsite
This Person Will Be Responsible For
preparing regular project portfolio cost reports,
cashflow forecasts,
and material handling reports.
The role requires SAP knowledge in that they must understand various Transaction Codes (T Codes), around reporting that are listed in the description that follows below. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, File Manager Pro, and SharePoint is also required. A background in supply chain, accounting, and/or project controls is also valuable as that is the area this role is focused on, i.e., Material Handling reports like open PO's, Goods Receipt, and inventory level forecasts,
Accountabilities
Cost Reporting
Prepares regular project portfolio cost reports and cashflow forecasts
Generates analytics and dashboards summarizing performance vs targets, variances and trends
Consolidates data from multiple sources including SAP, MS.project and EXCEL for reporting purposes
Provides support to project management team in preparation of ad hoc analysis and reports
Budget Management
Maintains current budgets and program data for all projects across Canada and
Northern US
Coordinates creation, approval and adjustment of capital budgets
Oversees management of change process
Material Handling Reports
Generates weekly material reporting to drive material handling including Open POs,delivery forecasts, on Hand materials, and Good Receipts
Consolidates data from multiple SAP reports (see list below)
Generates monthly inventory level forecasts
Supports material data entry if and when required
Creates regular 30 day average pricing files for forecasting purposes
Skills/expectations
Proven track record in conducting data analysis related to procurement and/or project controls
Exceptionally strong in SAP reporting and entry including reports that use T Codes such as including but not limited to ZI_MM017, ZI_MM014, MB51, IW38, AUFK, CN46, and SE16
Expertise in software such as Excel, Power BI, File Manager Pro, and Sharepoint
Strong communication and leadership skills
Process-minded: develops procedures, templates, provide training
