Our Calgary based client requires an SAP ARIBA Business Analyst with strong Upstream Business Process expertise, ARIBA Implementation project & testing experience. ! year contract, 50% travel required to different locations in CAN and maybe the US

Start Date: August 5, 2024

End Date: February 4, 2025

Location: Hybrid Remote/On site delivery/ Calgary MT work zone This role requires up to 50% travel . 2x /month for a few days

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Ariba, strong documentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex technology landscapes. This role requires someone who is adept at writing and managing test scripts, has implementation expertise with any module of SAP Ariba, and possesses procurement expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Upstream experience
is highly preferred.



Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Leverage extensive SAP Ariba knowledge and experience to support various projects.
Navigate and work within complex technology landscapes, including multiple ERPs.
Write and manage test scripts to ensure system functionality and performance.
Provide implementation expertise for various SAP Ariba modules.
Utilize procurement expertise to drive project success.
Preferred: Demonstrate upstream expertise in procurement processes.


Qualifications



Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP Ariba.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate business requirements.
Experience working in environments with multiple ERP systems.
Proficiency in writing and managing test scripts.
Hands-on experience with the implementation of any SAP Ariba module.
Solid procurement expertise with a preference for upstream procurement knowledge.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Candidate should have experience in process improvement.
