Your mission would be:


• Understand business issues and identify consumer data needs to support the realization of their projects.
• Provide all information to understand, interpret and influence directions and practices in customer & employee experience, integration and interpretation of data from source systems.
• Work closely with various IT teams and business lines.
• Respond to complex requests from stakeholders and ensure the provision of solutions and their satisfaction through the quality of services offered.
• Participate in the definition of the customer & employee experience, and the integration of complex IT systems.
• Perform feasibility analyses, define project scope to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate product functionality.
• Diagnose problem situations and intervene in problem resolution, while ensuring the implementation of permanent corrective measures, with a view to continuous improvement.
• Review and correct requirements, specifications, operational processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution.
• Understand the business processes of the various projects assigned to you and document their business needs and processes.
• Analyze the data requirements of the various projects.
• Participate in ensuring the adequacy of solutions, technological architecture elements and functional analysis elements in line with our business principles.
• Propose alternative integration solutions.
• Support projects in process mapping activities.
• Carry out various types of analysis (process, data, impact, risks, issues).
• Raise stakeholders' awareness of the efforts required to manage change.
• Support projects in preparing strategies and final acceptance test plans.




Your tech stack:


• Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).




Your profile:


• More than 10 years experience in large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 7 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Large-scale program experience.
• Experience in regulatory projects.
• Experience in workshop facilitation.
• Experience in banking or finance an asset.
