Our Calgary based O&G Client requires a senior SAP SuccessFactors Multi-country Payroll Expert with strong integration testing knowledge and experience to support their Successfactor Implementation testing. Notably, all the integration/testing between SF, S4HANA and integration to a large number of non SAP business applications.

The Position: SAP SuccessFactors Multi-country Payroll Expert

Start Date: ASAP / flexible for the right candidate

End Date: 6-12 months initially, project goes live in 2026

Work Location: Onsite in Calgary/Hybrid 4:1, some flexibility based on the individual/project phase. LOCAL highly preferred/ non local MUST be able to travel.

Role Description

Senior level ERP Consultant experience with Complex Multi-Country payroll (Primarily USA and Canada) with 10+ years of experience
End to end SF EC Payroll experience in S/4HANA.
Must be good in experience with EC and Payroll business processes like HTR
Min 2-3 SAP S4 Hana Implementation
Exposure in working with multi-vendor environments and client facing role.
Must be experienced in end-to-end testing.
Good understanding on end-to-end project methodologies like SAP Activate
Oil & Gas domain knowledge is preferred

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
