Location: Hamburg, Germany
Onsite requirement: Remote (Candidate needs to be available onsite only for 2 to 3 weeks at UAT phase during deployment)
Language: English is Mandatory, German will be an added advantage.


Your Skills and Responsibilities:
• This role is for a template roll out of APO – DP for one of our clients.
• The candidate should understand end to end planning processes in APO and how APO integrates with other modules
• Maintaining Characteristics Value Combinations (CVC), Forecast Profiles and Data Views
• SAP Configuration of APO DP Functionality including Configuration of Master Planning Object Structures, Generating & Changing Characteristic Value Combinations (CVC), Data Realignment, Planning Books, Planning Areas, Statistical Forecasts, Batch Jobs/Planning Jobs, Background Mass Processing, Time Bucket Profile, Forecast Profile, Planning Version, Life Cycle Management, Like Modeling, Macros, Alerts and Process Chains
• Assessing Process Chains, set Background Jobs and Remote Triggers from/to other systems like SAP ECC
• For Demand planning, knowledge of BW data extraction from ECC and other systems, data flow aspects such as Cubes/ DSOs, Transfer/Update rules/ transformations and data request monitoring and troubleshooting is added advantage
• Advanced macros functions, Forecast consumption, as well as set up / configuration of planning area, planning books.
• ECC Master Data: Material master, BOM, routing, work Center, production version.
• APO Master data: Resources, Production Data Structures.
• Applications from people with disabilities with appropriate suitability are explicitly welcome.
