What You'll Bring:

- Over 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on developing tools and services for production ML applications.

- Proficiency in designing and building ML infrastructure for model training, deployment, inference, and validation.

- Experience with distributed systems and AI platforms, including LLM APIs, cloud-based solutions, and open-source tools.

- Proven ability to lead architecture design projects from conception to execution, with a track record of enhancing the team's AI development efficiency.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience collaborating with product managers, project managers, and other cross-functional teams.

- Effective documentation and communication skills, especially in a distributed team environment.


Bonus Points:

- Experience with LLM solutions across various cloud providers.

- Successful contributions to open-source projects.

- Proven track record of deploying multiple projects with active user bases.

- Experience in responsible AI practices, transparent algorithms, and prioritizing user needs.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
