• Analyze data to enhance business performance and create insightful reports.
• Provide accurate financial planning and analysis to management.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish a strategic planning framework linked to performance metrics.
• Communicate financial trends and prepare monthly analyses highlighting key areas.
• Consolidate rolling forecasts and manage financial reporting systems.
• Monitor cost reduction initiatives and coordinate the annual budget process.
• Analyze business cases for financial impacts and support initiatives.
• Liaise with finance teams for effective communication.
• Coordinate capital expenditure reporting and approvals.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed and participate in Kaizen activities.

• CPA/CA designation.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and in a diverse team.
