SKILLS:

Master’s in Engineering Management or related; Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
15+ years in space systems project management (5+ satellite missions)
Experience with in-orbit demonstrations and AIT activities
Expertise in EGSE & SCOE (GNSS), V&V cycle, and AOCS algorithms
Space mission hardware/software development
Strong knowledge of satellite systems (DHS, AOCS, Power, Thermal)
Systems engineering, requirements, and interface management
FDIR systems and tech development (low to high TRL)
Experience with ECSS standards
Leadership in international teams, project planning, and problem-solving

TASKS:

Oversee design, development, integration, testing, and launch of PETER
Support system-to-unit level requirements development
Monitor satellite model evolution and ensure smooth transitions (FlatSat, qualification model, flight model)
Apply best practices for trade-offs, SWaP, and margin philosophy
Act as an interface between engineering teams (system engineers, AIV, etc.)
Conduct training on AIT, systems engineering, and satellite lifecycle
Support integration, AIV tests, environmental tests, and anomaly resolution
Assist in system compatibility tests (SCTC) and review test plans
Lead qualification reviews, document updates, and test result evaluations
Provide support for LEOP, IOT, and anomaly resolution during satellite operations
