Personal summary

My name is Akash Patel and I am an empathetic, friendly and humble leader. I am currently in the final year of completing my Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business. I am highly knowledgable, understanding, dedicated and an even better leader that is extremely trustworthy and reliable. I am an attentive and open-minded listener that effectively allows one's voices and opinions to be heard. I can find diverse solutions by thinking outside of the box to solve complex problems which makes me a unique problem solver. I also happen to be a huge risk taker which stems from my experience of playing competitive rep league soccer and volleyball for 12 years of my life. Furthermore, I have held many leadership positions in the past including President of WAA (Woburn Athletic Association), Camp Director, and Captain of my Volleyball team that involved strategic planning and execution in a hostile and competitive environment. These experiences have shaped me into a more confident role model, have helped instil patience in me and to this day allows me to lead and conduct operations in in a calm and composed demeanour. I am currently in search of roles where I can demonstrate my leadership and interpersonal skills alongside my knowledge of marketing to push a company’s brand forward.
