I am a full time MBA degree holder specialised in Human Resources, I hold 5 years of work experience in the area of Recruitment. My skills include designing job descriptions, advertising, exploring social media, self sourcing and sourcing through different channels and consultants, screening and shortlisting accurate candidates, taking first round of interview, arranging interviews with business, coordinating, taking hiring approvals and releasing offers. Apart from recruitment I have good exposure in HR systems and Operations. I have hands on experience in excel, power points and outlook.
