Personal summary

Dedicated HR specialist with a successful history in talent acquisition and HR Operations. Seeking a role in a leading corporation to apply expertise in compliance, operations and talent Acquisitions. Aspiring CHRL certification. I did my graduation in Commerce from University of Delhi, India. And recently completed post graduation certification in International Business Management from Niagara College. I started my career with an IT company as team member for secondary research and data mining. Later got promoted as Team Leader as was managing 3 project and a team of 20 members. I have always been excellent in team management and people management hence moved into HR to utilize my skills and gain experience. My last job was with an IT company and worked with Talent Acquisition team where I was responsible for full cycle recruitments and through different available channels, background verification, onboarding, HR administration, compliance reports and supported HRBP in creating and implementing policies.
