Personal summary
I have been teaching Spanish for three years I have experience working with children and adults through student teaching. As a teacher, I organized online Spanish and English lessons for students. I engaged the students in learning through various methods. I also encouraged students to participate actively in the lessons and kept track of each child’s progress. In addition, I have experience as an English tutor during my studies in Spain. During this period, I saw a massive improvement in the level of speaking of my students. I have the ability to create lesson plans aimed to teach Spanish grammar, conversation, oral and written communication as well as vocabulary. These lesson plans are designed to accommodate different learning abilities and interests of students. I am also able to assist students have difficulty in grasping certain concepts. I understand the importance of a strict yet playful environment in a classroom and I am comfortable in working with children from different social backgrounds. I enjoy working with students and I strive to be a positive influence on them. I believe that my skills and enthusiasm will bring out the best in the students.
