A professionally trained Project Management & Controls professional, having nearly 9 years of Industry experience in Infrastructure & Education sectors. In my tenure I have worked from EPC contractor side, Client Side as well as consultant side which gives me an extra edge towards understanding the work from each end. I have acquired fairly good knowledge on key areas of Project Management & control processes such as Planning, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, Reporting, Risk Management, Cost Controls, Invoicing, Risk management, Change Management, Procurement & Contract management, etc., right from Project Initiation to Commissioning / Hand-over. I have hands-on experience in PRIMAVERA P6 and MS Project along with high-level proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Power BI.
