Hello! I'm Jelai, an experienced virtual assistant from the Philippines with a proven track record in helping businesses grow. ​ Throughout my career, I've honed a broad range of skills, including data entry, web research, chat and customer service support, social media and email marketing management, e-commerce and project management, website design, calendar and travel coordination, podcast management, content creation, graphic design, editing, proofreading, and transcription. In 2019, I started as a Customer Service Representative, where I handled billing, sales, product inquiries, order tracking, and customer care. Concurrently, I worked as an outbound call agent and virtual admin, setting appointments for potential leads. The following year, I served as a Personal Assistant for a Digital Design company director and as a Virtual Assistant for two Australian clients.
