Personal summary
I am an IT professional who has been in the IT field for more than 20 years. Most of my career has been focused on corporate IT which includes internal user support, managing internal infrastructure (servers, end-user hardware, telecommunications, printers). With the growth of the web and e-commerce, I have been able to work for companies that are involved in website hosting or applications, which has allowed me to stay on top of the latest cloud-based technologies, especially since many companies are slowly making their way to the cloud. I also have worked as a technical hands-on manager for an operations team, making sure that my teams can deliver, to the best of their abilities, operational and support excellence in whatever task they are responsible for. Overall, I bring many years of hands-on IT experience and skills to the table along with the ability to manage and lead if necessary.
