Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

Must Have:
- 7+ years experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Dynamics 365 CRM, Power App Portal, Power Automate, Azure Services)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Public portal design and implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure
- Azure Storage for attachment management with Dynamics 365
- Portal applications, user access, role-based control, and AODA compliance
- Third-party IAM provider integration, testing, and quality assurance
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and provide solutions
- Update architecture and design artifacts
- Manage cloud environments (DEV, UAT, PROD)
- Develop and enhance public portals and case management systems
- Document management, user access control, and application status management
- Integrate with OPS services and external systems
- Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
- Ensure QA and compliance with AODA guidelines
- Collaborate with project stakeholders for timely completion
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
