Task description and requirements
Our Client is looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors resources to join their practice on a permanent basis.
Start: June 2024
Location: Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa preferred. Can be anywhere in Canada
Work Arrangement: Mostly remote
Travel: Must be open to 30% travel
Role
The SAP SuccessFactors HR Systems Implementation resources will join a growing practice that focuses on HRIS and driving large scale change strategies, organizational design and transforming HR organizations.
Responsibilities Include
Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget.
Deliver quality services by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverables and within expected timeframes.
Monitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Manage expectations of service.
Documentation of final client deliverables that highlight critical findings or decisions.
Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.
Bachelor's degree and approximately 3-8+ years of related work experience
Approximately 3+ years of experience in providing advisory services and experience working with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations, and leading business process design as well as enhancements.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, Employee Central and/or Talent Management modules is strongly preferred.
Experience with HCM / HR Technology implementation and knowledge such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Ceridian, Workday, UKG Dimensions, Kronos, Oracle etc.
Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
Demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts specifically within HR technology and implementation.
Willingness to travel on short notice, travel is estimated at 30%
Project management experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to follow)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – being able to clearly define or clarify problems, determine appropriate solutions and tailoring to client needs
Business analytical skills – making observations, anticipating client and management needs or expectations
