Task description and requirements
Our Client is looking for experienced UKG Pro and/or Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) resources to join their practice on a permanent basis.
Start: June 2024
Location: Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa preferred. Can be anywhere in Canada
Work Arrangement: Mostly remote
Travel: Must be open to 30% travel
Role
The UKG Pro/Pro Workforce Management resource will join a growing practice that focuses on HRIS and driving large scale change strategies, organizational design and transforming HR organizations.
Responsibilities Include
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and UKG Pro & Pro WFM implementation concepts.
Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. Develop and successfully manage to project budget.
Deliver quality services by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
Develop and maintain productive relationships by focusing on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service.
Demonstrate high levels of UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5 - 10 years of experience in HCM implementation consulting.
4 – 10 years UKG Pro or Pro WFM project implementation experience.
Experience participating and/or leading client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, lead/support testing and drive deployment.
An understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle.
Demonstrated experience in project management, leading a team through complex implementations.
Ability to work through a problem with limited information. Demonstrates an approach to take a problem or situation to the next steps.
Demonstrated experience in designing and providing post-implementation support to clients.
Demonstrated UKG business development experience, spanning the Pro and Pro WFM suites.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
