Task description and requirements
- Routinely monitor patient outcomes throughout treatment
- Interpret results of standardized assessments used to monitor treatment progress
- Determine whether patients need changes to their care plan based on assessments
- Makes informed treatment recommendations
- Liaise with research team, clinicians, and referents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - Completion of a university degree in psychology or another health-related discipline
- Completion of upper-level coursework in research methods
- Two years of prior research experience
- Applied clinical research experience if preferred, but not necessary
- Trauma-informed training and experience is an asset
- Some prior knowledge of addictions, mental health and the 12-step process

- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the team
- Must be able to read and write and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly excel
- Must be proficient with other statistical software (SPSS, R)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively with other staff, patients and supervisor
- Shows enthusiasm and a desire to learn
