Project Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced 3D model-making expert to join our customer full-time, working remotely, to create realistic visual representations of her interior design work for clients. The project involves transforming moodboards, pictures, plans, and wall colors provided by the designer into high-quality 3D graphics and videos using Autodesk 3ds, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. The final visualizations must accurately reflect real-life textures, materials, and colors, meeting the exact specifications of the furniture and interior elements.

Tasks:
- Accurately convert interior design moodboards and plans into realistic 3D models
- Produce photorealistic renderings and videos that faithfully represent the intended design
- Collaborate closely with the interior designer to ensure all design elements and textures are met to the highest standard
- Deliver visually compelling content that meets the marketing needs of real estate projects

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3D-Max for creating detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces
- Expertise in using Corona Renderer to produce photorealistic images and videos
- Understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to create realistic renderings
- Ability to understand and implement feedback accurately and efficiently
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for post-processing rendered images and videos
