Role Overview:

The Infrastructure Analyst II will manage and support infrastructure landscapes, including OS, servers, storage, databases, and backups, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include incident management, routine maintenance, infrastructure security, and collaboration on infrastructure design.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems and identify performance issues.
  • Perform routine installations and configurations.
  • Manage and support ESX, Windows, virtual environments, SAN, and Active Directory.
  • Oversee data backup, restore, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure infrastructure security and system performance.
  • Resolve technical problems and mentor other employees.
  • Collaborate with business representatives and other teams on strategic planning and integration activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma/GED (Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Systems preferred)
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • Certifications: VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent experience
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with VMware ESX, Windows OS, SAN, and Microsoft services (AD, DHCP, DNS).

  • Available to work on-call and respond to critical incidents
