For a renowned company we are looking for an Interim PgMO - Wrike Software Consultant (m/f/d) to support our customer

Description

Main tasks:

* You will support projects from the defined Program Management Office " PgMO" Service Catalogue
* You will be part of the implementation team and will have hands-onWrike tool tocustomize, implement and test from different iteration cycles to achieve the project mission "Streamlining Success, Enhancing Transparency, and Cultivating Talent" and the following project objectives:

* Streamlined Project Onboarding: Implement a structured onboarding process for internal Business Applications, ensuring a seamless integration of projects into the portfolio.
* Resource Optimization: Avail well-illustrated resources allocation and manage the capacity planning.
* Transparency and Alignment: Increase transparency in project operations and resource utilization, maintaining a portfolio that is not only timely but also aligned with our long-term vision.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Ensure the availability of accurate and transparent data to facilitate informed decision-making processes at every level.
* Value-Driven Metrics: Drive the PgMO with well-defined metrics, employing information radiators to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Continuous Improvement and Partnership: Establish the PgMO as a value management office, focusing on continuous improvement and being recognized as a valuable partner in the internal Business landscape.


Profile

Requirements:

* Project management or business administration university degree or a comparable education
* At least 5 years of experience in project management field including at least 2 years of experience working on Program or Portfolio Management Office "PgMO or PfMO"
* Very good understanding about Project Methodologies and Frameworks
* Understanding of PMI Disciplined Agile is preferred
* Analytical skills as well as the ability to work solution-oriented in a structured manner

Readiness to communicate proactively, persistently and professionally with different stakeholders

* Coaching & facilitating skills
* Experience working in Projects and Products Environment
* Experience in Wrike Software is preferred
* Excellent written and spoken English language skills
