Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Food Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in food product development, scientific research methodologies, and have experience working with food safety regulations, sensory evaluation, nutritional analysis, ingredient functionality, and quality assurance.


JOB IS TO SOLVE A FEW ISSUES ONLY, NOT CONTINUAL WORK. WILL MAKE A CONTRACT FOR THE PROBLEMS NEEDING TO BE SOLVED.


Duties:

  • Develop and improve food products and processes
  • Conduct experiments and research to ensure product quality and safety
  • Follow scientific methodologies and best practices in food development
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of research and development activities
  • Analyze data and report on findings to drive product innovation

Skills:

  • Proficiency in food product development
  • Strong knowledge of scientific research practices in the context of food science
  • Experience with food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in sensory evaluation techniques and nutritional analysis
  • Familiarity with ingredient functionality and food chemistry
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes in food production
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting in food R&D
