We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Acquisition Analyst to join our team. The Patient Acquisition Analyst will play a critical role in helping EHN achieve its mission of transforming mental health and addiction care in Canada. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience with evaluating digital marketing operations in the healthcare industry. Additionally, they should have demonstrated success in helping to provide excellent client experience via optimizing “first-touch” marketing activities to service initiation.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in our patient acquisition and client experience.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Forecast inquires and provide fundamental assistance in improving client attribution for the Marketing department.
Market Research

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the addiction and mental healthcare industry in Canada.
Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams to identify and document current processes, pain points, and inefficiencies.
  • Propose and implement process improvements and optimizations to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
Requirements Gathering:

  • Work closely with Leadership Teams to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, projects, or systems.
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
Project Management:

  • Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of projects related to business process improvements, system implementations, and data analysis.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Data Governance:

  • Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data quality standards, data documentation, and data security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years experience as an Analyst in the healthcare industry, preferably in mental health and addictions treatment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Proficiency and strong understanding of Salesforce and its associated integration capabilities. Experience working with G4A, Hubspot, and Jotform is an asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and privacy standards in Canada (e.g., PHIPA, PIPEDA).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
