Task description and requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in our patient acquisition and client experience.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Forecast inquires and provide fundamental assistance in improving client attribution for the Marketing department.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the addiction and mental healthcare industry in Canada.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions teams to identify and document current processes, pain points, and inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement process improvements and optimizations to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Leadership Teams to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives, projects, or systems.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Lead or contribute to the planning and execution of projects related to business process improvements, system implementations, and data analysis.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain data governance practices, including data quality standards, data documentation, and data security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 to 5 years experience as an Analyst in the healthcare industry, preferably in mental health and addictions treatment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Proficiency and strong understanding of Salesforce and its associated integration capabilities. Experience working with G4A, Hubspot, and Jotform is an asset.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and privacy standards in Canada (e.g., PHIPA, PIPEDA).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
