EHN Canada is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Operations Manager who can develop IT systems and processes suitable for a rapidly growing national healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming immature or fragmented systems into scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructures. Under the guidance of the Director of IT, the IT Operations Manager will actively participate in daily operations while supervising IT staff and partners to ensure the effective management of all technology-related systems, applications, services, and hardware within the EHN Canada network.

  • Ensure network and data security.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver technology-based solutions for business or operational problems, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system hardware, networks, and software systems, assessing near-term opportunities for improvement and necessary migrations.
  • Facilitate the annual budget process for the IT department.
  • Derive and implement tech solutions for prevailing business challenges by partnering with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects.
  • Experience with IT services performance metrics and benchmarking.
  • Knowledge of Genesys, Salesforce, and NetSuite is an asset.
  • IT management experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
Skills and Abilities
