Task description and requirements

For the DS360 rollout project of our client (an internationally operating household appliance manufacturer) we are looking for a Front-End Architect (m/f/d) with strong Adobe Experience asap. The project is scheduled until the end of the year and should or must be handled immediately.

Tasks:


In the above mentioned project you will have to deal with the following services:
• Design and implement a scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end architecture for the AEM instance that delivers the program web experiences
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, AEM technical leads, and designers to ensure seamless integration and a flawless user experience
• Elevate static and dynamic design mockups into high-performing HTML outputs based on mobile-first, page load velocity and cross-browsing best practices Key Performance Indicators
• Champion front-end development best practices and coding standards within the team
• Select and integrate cutting-edge front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to achieve optimal results
• Craft clean, well-documented, and reusable code that promotes long-term maintainability
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative learning environment
• Stay abreast of the latest front-end trends and technologies, continuously seeking new ways to elevate user experiences


Qualifications:


• Profound experience as a front-end architect or senior developer with a proven track record of success
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams such as business stakeholders, product owners, data and research specialists etc.
• Proven expertise in delivering elegant outputs based on estimation, timeline and task prioritizations
• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS (preprocessors a plus), and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of front-end development best practices (e.g., accessibility, responsive design, performance optimization)
• Extensive experience with AEM development, including familiarity with its architecture, components, and development tools
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular (a strong plus)
• It would be positive if he/she is familiar with Figma
• English spoken amp; written
• German would be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively bridge the gap between design, development, and solution architecture teams
• Ability to coach a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• A demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric websites
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to crafting exceptional, usable and sustainable user experiences
• Enthusiasm for Agile methodologies and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
