Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Power Platform Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions and automations using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents). This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization, and process automation to support our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Power BI Development:
â¢Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
â¢Connect to various data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
â¢Implement row-level security on data and develop tabular models.
â¢Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
Data Analysis and Insights:
â¢Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
â¢Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to stakeholders.
â¢Conduct data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Power Platform Solutions:
â¢Develop custom applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs and enhance productivity.
â¢Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to streamline operations.
â¢Create and deploy chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to improve customer service and internal support.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
â¢Work closely with business units to gather requirements and understand their data and automation needs.
â¢Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
â¢Provide training and support to end-users on using Power BI and Power Platform tools.
Continuous Improvement:
â¢Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform.
â¢Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data visualization and automation capabilities.
â¢Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience.
