Job Description:
As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our payment processing systems. You will lead the quality assurance team, develop testing strategies, and work closely with the development team to deliver robust and reliable payment solutions. Your expertise in the payment domain and SWIFT will be crucial in identifying and addressing potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the quality assurance team in the design, development, and implementation of testing strategies and plans.
•Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of payment processing systems.
•Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software.
•Identify, document, and track defects and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
•Perform thorough regression testing and ensure the stability of payment systems after updates or changes.
•Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and payment systems.
•Mentor and guide junior QA team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in the payment domain.
•Extensive experience with SWIFT payment messaging standards and protocols.
•Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
•Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
