Technical Performance & Data Transformation Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON, CA
Pay Type: Salary
Travel Requirement: 31-40%

Role Overview: Manage technical performance, quality processes, and data transformation to enhance product performance and support operational excellence. Develop expertise in quality control and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Implement safety policies and compliance; provide training and orientation.
  • Human Resources: Hire, train, and develop technical staff; manage and implement training programs.
  • Product Performance: Optimize mix costs and performance; manage QC database and tools; establish KPIs and corrective actions.
  • Contract Review: Develop contract review processes; support large project specifications and mix design documentation.
  • Technical Support: Standardize quality plans, audits, and customer support; identify VAP opportunities and innovations.
  • Data Transformation: Manage digital initiatives; develop data strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Financial Accountability: Participate in budget preparation; develop analytical tools for cost control.
  • Representation: Engage with industry organizations and technical committees.
Qualifications:

  • Education: University Degree in Engineering or Data Science preferred, with 5 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in IT systems (Quadrel, Command, SAP).
