Task description and requirements
Pay Type: Salary
Travel Requirement: 31-40%
- Safety: Implement safety policies and compliance; provide training and orientation.
- Human Resources: Hire, train, and develop technical staff; manage and implement training programs.
- Product Performance: Optimize mix costs and performance; manage QC database and tools; establish KPIs and corrective actions.
- Contract Review: Develop contract review processes; support large project specifications and mix design documentation.
- Technical Support: Standardize quality plans, audits, and customer support; identify VAP opportunities and innovations.
- Data Transformation: Manage digital initiatives; develop data strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Financial Accountability: Participate in budget preparation; develop analytical tools for cost control.
- Representation: Engage with industry organizations and technical committees.
- Education: University Degree in Engineering or Data Science preferred, with 5 years of related experience.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in IT systems (Quadrel, Command, SAP).
