Business and functional delivery of IAM Projects




Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a proven track record in driving the business and functional delivery of IAM projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful implementation and delivery of IAM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to IAM, including access control policies, user provisioning/deprovisioning processes, and identity lifecycle management.
Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with IAM best practices and industry standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, software development, and operations, to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing sessions to validate IAM solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables for IAM projects, and track progress against milestones.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to business stakeholders during the implementation and rollout of IAM solutions, including user training and change management activities.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of IAM processes and systems.
