- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the existing R&D technical team (automation, mechanical, software, electrical) to develop a state-of-the-art robotic system to automate the storage of garments on hangers for global e-commerce platforms.
- Research and development: Assume an active role in R&D, involving both computer-aided design work and hands-on experimentation in the company's dedicated laboratory to test and evaluate robot behavior. The aim is to finalize the development of an initial system right through to its market-ready status.
- Technical project management: Take charge of end-to-end automation tasks, including PLC programming, IT systems management and supervision of electrical panel design.
- Collaborative innovation: Actively participate in all project brainstorming sessions, contributing to idea generation and problem solving.
- Mechanical design: Collaborate on an ad hoc basis with mechanical engineers to contribute to the development and design of the system's mechanical components.
- Bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or robotics engineering
- 2 to 5 years' experience
- Innovative and creative, but above all passionate!
- Good knowledge of PLC/HMI systems
- Good electrical knowledge (control and power)
- Bilingual: French and English, to be able to communicate with suppliers and customers located in the U.S.
- Ability to work under pressure.
