Hours: 7.25 hours/day, 5 days/week

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Intermediate coding experience
- 4-6 years of CRM administration experience (e.g., Salesforce)
- Assist in the implementation of Salesforce projects
- Develop and problem-solve within the existing Salesforce environment
- Work directly with the program team and existing Salesforce administrators
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools
- Experience using Experience Cloud builder
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work as a team player
- Create, test, and implement HTML VisualForce pages for program intake
- Review and improve existing VisualForce intake forms
- Develop HTML VisualForce templates and instructions for future modifications
- Re-develop Salesforce Account structure for standardized client data management
- Set up new client intake journey and update current client accounts
- Assist in developing a client portal using Experience Cloud and community licenses
- Salesforce Administrator Certification - 50 points
- Intermediate coding experience - 25 points
- 4-6 years of CRM administration experience - 25 points
This position is hybrid with up to 1 day a week onsite, preferably Wednesdays. Ontario Health assets, including laptops, cannot be removed from Ontario without approval.
