Background to Task:
Our client offers digital solutions for the hospitality industry. In order to further standardize the product glossaris they need support with redesigning the copy of their key product in a part-time capacity of 20-30%.


Tasks:
·User-Centered Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products that align with user needs and business goals.
·Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers and marketing teams to ensure copy is integrated seamlessly into the design and development process.
·Research & Testing: Capability to research the right words for industry terminology (restaurant processes, food service)
·Consistency: Ensure consistency of voice and tone across all digital touchpoints, adhering to brand guidelines.
·Accessibility: Write copy that is accessible and inclusive, following best practices for usability and accessibility standards.
·Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with project requirements and brand voice.
·Documentation: Create and maintain copy documentation, guidelines, and templates to streamline processes and support consistency.


Requirements:
·Must-have experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field.
·Degree or comparative working experience in one of the following: Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline
·Must-have language experience: English native level required (English is the master for the company localization)
·Nice to have experience: Understanding localization processes would be a plus
